Detailed Product Description
This is a bareback FPC with silver paste inside:
Base material: 1oz RA copper
Coverlay: 1milPI/1milADH
Special Structure: Silver paste was inbetween both coverlay layer, must make sure sliver paste can not touch inner pad, meanwhile bottom coverlay must cover silver paste completely.
Surface Finish: None.
Outline Cutting: We have laser cability in house then we can laser cut the circuits instead of hard die during prototype stage to save production time, and building tooling for mass production.
All parts are RoHS compliant and built according to IPC 6013 class 2.
